Hi friends – it’s time for another round of My Five Favorites, our theme this month is

Lighting. I always suggest clients change out their lighting, it’s one of the easiest elements to transform the feel of your space, and create an updated look. These are tried and true,

budget friendly favorites that I’ve used for my clients several times. Be sure to check out

what my blogging pals are sharing too:

Our guest host this month is Sue @ The Zhush. I’ve been a long time fan of her chic,

timeless style. She has a great eye for creating a perfect eclectic balance of traditional,

lively, and sophisticated. Don’t miss her beautiful Instagram feed, too!

#1  PB Knock Off Chandelier

alternative, and definitely a big bang for the buck!

#2 Battery Operated Picture Lights

I love the classic style of a picture light and how it elevates any type of artwork or photography.

#3 Target Tripod Floor Lamps

This stylish casual lamp is a steal at $80! A polished style with clean lines, it works

in any room and the cord runs inside the leg, so no unsightly cord hanging down.

#4  Modern Acrylic Floor Lamp

is my favorite piece in the store!

It is stunning, and the perfect addition to achieve an eclectic mix with more traditional

furnishings. I’m thinking it might need to be on my Christmas list! 🙂

 #5  Thrifted Vintage Brass Lamps

I see vintage brass lamps at thrift stores all the time!

Wouldn’t they be beautiful with black shades?

Here are a pair I found a few years ago, adding the black shades made a big impact,

and they’re so versatile, I move them all over our home.
